205#1 Now rented

After the tireless work of my mom (who I am so thankful for) and I, we made some basic touch ups to 205#1 to make it habitable again. It wasn't easy to clean off all the stickers and de-grease the oven, but we did it. It didn't bring it up to first-class standards, but luckily one of my other long-time tenants recommended a son to me and I cut him a deal to take the apartment "as-is" at a cheaper rent. Since it would have been a major undertaking to overhaul this apartment like the other one (205#2), I thought it was worth it and the new tenant has been great so far.
