I've had these pictures for over a week now and haven't had time to caption them, so I'm putting them up without captions in multiple posts. Hopefully I'll come back around to do it later. Enjoy.
This past weekend I took Brian Albrecht though the property and with his help I think that I have conceptualized what I intend to do with the space (with many more details needing to be hammered out). First I'm going to fix up 203-2&3 and get them rented after giving them some TLC. I'm moving down into 203-3 this week to do work between workdays to get it done. I think forcing myself to be down there more often will make me more productive. After I've got those two rented for $600/month and moved into 205-1, I'll really focus on my bigger renovation plans until both leases in 205-2&3 are up. At that point I'll renovate the entire three units on the 205 side of the building and hopefully bring the 4th floor unit on that side online as well. Once the 205 side is complete and rented, I'll line up phase II on the 203 side of the building.
I moved my bed into 203-3 over the weekend and plan to work from back to front resurfacing the walls, painting, and fixing trim. I spent Sunday taking down the ceiling border and taking out some high spots. Hopefully I'll be done with this large room by the end of the week.
