205 #3 before pictures

As I described a couple posts ago, one of my tenants has moved out and I'll have an apartment available to rent starting October 1st. Tell your friends but I've still got some work to do before its ready for the next person to live in. Luckily it was in very good space to start after my old tenant moved out as you can see from these before pictures:

I need to paint, re-caulk the tub, and re-clean the carpets. I'll also switch the bathroom door so that the light switch isn't behind the door when it opens. I'm debating whether to sand down the hallway walls or just touch them up and paint over them again.
