203 #3 Restarting the unit that I put off

Well after working on 205 #2 for a while and getting the walls and ceilings to a point that is ready to paint and the subfloors to a point that is ready for the final floor, I've shifted back to 203 #3. I've got a tenant that will move in September 1st if it's ready and that has given me a deadline to have it ready by.

As of this weekend I've gotten all the ceilings and wall (except the bathroom) painted their final color. I'm going to finish up painting the cabinets tonight and then tear up the remaining linoleum flooring in the kitchen. Here's a picture from after all the priming got done, but I haven't taken any of it with the final color yet:

I also have demoed the bathroom. The tub surround was falling off the wall and the drywall was molding behind it so I tore it out and found some amazingly hideous wallpaper behind it.

Here's the before:

And after demo:

And the wallpaper:

But have no fear, we put the hardiboard back and it's ready to tile

I also took out the medicine cabinet/light and the vanity. I've got a new vanity to install once I close the wall back up. I needed to move an outlet that was right over the sink  (and apparently being used as a junction box as well). I'll also be installing a new vent fan/light where the old one would only buzz and not actually suck air.

After the painting is done and the floor demoed, I'll just need to repair, sand, and caulk the hardwood floors so that I can paint them, as well as pick put the laminate that I'll put back down in the kitchen/hallways. Then the usually odds and ends of electric outlets, window cleaning, putting trim/baseboards back on, rehanging the doors/cabinet doors, and the thousand other things that it takes to complete this unit.

The important part is that it's coming along and with the final paint job it is starting to look closer.
