It all start with the freshly painted hallway and front door. (I plan on upgrading the flooring in the whole common area at once and left what was there already)
Which leads into the kitchen with the raised ceilings, new ceiling fan, and full height windows. There's a built in overhang to put s trash can, and full pantry closet (not pictured). I reused these hardwood cabinets, the corian countertops, the stainless steel sink, and the appliances from various places, but it turned out to be a really solid kitchen.

I also have a creative chalkboard cover for the electrical panel in the hallways that I'll add later.
