Closed and keys in hand

I closed on 203-205 E. Clifton Avenue last night and received all the keys, warranties, move-in pictures, and original leases from the past owner. I need to give the tenants her letters that tell them that she sold the property ad that they should now send their rent checks to me. This weekend I plan on taking a boatload of before pictures and getting all my ducks in a row with a new bank account, setting up processes to handled expenses, and making a punch lists for the work that needs to be done in each units before I rent them. I have a short list of people that have expressed interest in living there so hopefully I'll have quick turn around time in getting some new higher paying tenants in the building.
